Parametric Rooms

Design rooms that adapt instead of break. Define walls, openings, and dimensions through constraint-based parameters, adjust a room's width once and everything recalculates automatically. Ceilings, skirting boards, door frames, and furniture anchors all follow. Ideal for rapidly iterating on floor plan variations without rebuilding geometry from scratch.

Rounded Corners

Bring architectural authenticity to your interiors with smooth curved wall transitions. Adjust the radius per corner directly in the Inspector, preview the resulting mesh in real time, and let Home Designer handle UV unwrapping and collision mesh generation automatically. No more sharp 90-degree boxes, add the subtle geometry that separates a realistic space from a placeholder.

Floor Plan Scanning

Import any floor plan image or PDF directly into the Unity Editor and trace room boundaries with guided overlays. Home Designer reads wall lines, doorway gaps, and room labels, then auto-generates wall meshes, room volumes, and anchor points. Turn a hand-drawn sketch or architect's blueprint into a fully editable 3D layout in minutes, not hours.

Online Modules Library

Browse, preview, and import curated furniture, fixture, and decor packs directly from within the Unity Editor, no browser tab-switching, no manual package management. The library will be updated regularly with new themed collections. One click to download; assets land ready to place, already configured for URP and HDRP.
